Italian Sausage and Broccoli quiche

Italian Sausage and Broccoli Quiche

Quiche about to go in the oven...blue & white butter dish...blue & white salt dish...blue & white utensil crock (this is actually a planter!)

dinner is served...



sometimes a Mommy's got to do what a Mommy's got to do...the 'other' side of the dinner table!

Italian Sausage and Broccoli Quiche

1 pie crust
6 eggs
1 cup milk or cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1/3 pound of Italian Sausage (bulk- no casings)
1/2 bag of frozen broccoli
salt & pepper
onion flakes
parsley
oregano
In a saute pan, cook sausage til browned. Add in broccoli and saute. Mix eggs and all other ingredients in a bowl. Stir in a small amount of sausage mixture to temper the eggs. Then mix everything together and pour into pie crust. Add extra cheese on top. Bake for 50 minutes or until done at 375 degrees.
Serve with a salad.
