Blue and Brown Stoneware for Fall

I love earthenware. Homemade. Hand-painted. Beautiful one of a kind pieces of pottery.
Don't get me wrong, I love china and I will one day get some of my great-grandmother's Mason China to use for family gatherings and holidays, but I still love earthenware.
I've seen several of you use dough bowls and fall fruits in your tablescapes recently, so this is a nod off to all of you and your beautiful ideas. My dough bowl was from the same garage sale that I found my Johnson Brothers Regency White cups and saucers! It was a great sale!
Sweet handmade creamer used for serving sour cream
A family friend hand carved these two candlesticks. I think they are stunning and perfect for fall.

  10. Meredith, your Autumn blues and browns are wonderful! So is your dough bowl, although I must admit it brought back terrible memories. (Years ago I SOLD several fantastic dough bowls on eBay. What was I thinking?!!!) Maybe someday I'll luck out like you did and pick up another one. For now, I'm really enjoying yours!

  11. Hi, Meredith! I really like the pattern in the table linen. I don't remember seeing that at Home Goods last year. Great buy! Your dough bowl is great! I have never bought a dough bowl because I can't bake yeast breads. I am such a sad sack! Have a good weekend!
