I used two Romanian tapestry runners, a couple Talavera vases, and a handful of serving pieces. Enjoy!!! |

I used four different dinner plates with my beautiful new rattan chargers from Walmart (they're 50% off right now)! This plate was my mom's. |
This plate was also in my mom's stash |
Sorry for the glare. I got this from a garage sale. Another lady was going to break it to use in mosaics. When I said I'd actually use it, she gave it to me. |
One of my first Talavera purchases in Mexico...I was in college or just out and drove to Mexico with two of my girlfriends. I bought this tortilla warmer and a mirror. |
Wish I could share a gorgeous meal with all of you! |
I'm linking up with Susan from Between Naps on the Porch for

I absolutely ADORE this tablescape. Your plates are wonderful. Love the color and the patterns of each of them, and I enjoyed seeing the Romanian eggs, too. I will be sure and check out those placemats from Walmart since they are half price. That sounds like a great deal. I know you must be thrilled to have your mother's dishes!
XO,
Sheila :-)
I wish that you could share this gorgeous meal also. I LOVE this table!
I have recently been collecting Talavera items on my thrifting adventures and I absolutely love them. I love their rustic exuberance. You have a great collection!
But I especially love your egg collection. Amazing!
What a beautiful collection of Talavera...and European eggs. Your table made me smile, it is so colorful and anyone that knows me, knows I love color.
Your collection of plates is truly outstanding. Aren't family treasures always the very best! I love that you have and use your grandmothers things. The eggs are wonderful...little jewels. Thank you for sharing your beautiful design. Cherry Kay
Beautiful!! I love your collection of Talavera plates. I have been wanting to start purchasing some myself, I just can't get my hubby to agree with it!! Lol!
My mother in law is from Russia and one year she was here for Easter and died eggs by using the water she boiled beets in. It was really fun! Anyway, this is a lovely post! Your tablescape is amazing!! Love it!

I love all the bright colors -- I will never be a fan of neutrals! I need to learn more about Talavera -- it's so pretty. Thanks for visiting my bluebonnet table -- hope you get to see some in your part of Texas this year!
Lovely collection! Love the eggs. Nicely put together, elegant and bright without being overwhelming.
What beautiful and colorful dishes. I have never seen these before. The eggs are so sweet. So nice to have your mother's treasures. I came from a large family so there wasn't much in great dishes.
What a wonderful tablescape.
I've always coveted those eggs but I don't have any!
Your dishware is delightful! I love the way you've explained the items--the eggs, especially. Thanks for sharing your blues.
Happy Blue Monday, Meredith.
