Muffin tin Monday...papers cups...silicone cups...deep in the heart of Texas!

Today is Muffin Tin Monday! Papers and cups!!!
I don't get to use pretty paper cups very often, but have a stash and some my sweet mom gave me (along with the Texas cookie cutter!). I think I first learned to turn the cups inside out to show off the pretty from Muffin Tin Mom herself! thank you for that wonderful tip!
It seems like the whole world got snow yesterday, except for those of us who are 'Deep in the heart of Texas' so that is my theme...sort of...
We have apple sauce, cheddar and monterrey jack hearts, banana pop (another great idea I found on the web...stick a Popsicle stick into the banana...no mess!), marshmallows and chocolate chips, a Texas sized peanut butter and loganberry sandwich and rainbow goldfish.
Happy Monday!! If you want to participate or just browse through some muffin tin goodness, check it out here~

Our snow is supposed to hit later today. Boo.
I have a Virginia cookie cutter, but haven't used it for MTM. I should! Love the TX cutter - I feel like I should have one since I miss the Lone Star State.

Very Cute! I don't have a TX cookie cutter. I definitely need to get one. My boys would love a sandwich that honored our state. Great job.

A great lunch. No snow for us here in the UK.

We got snow, but would love to have been in Texas to eat this wonderful meal. The popcicle stick in the banana is genius!

The banana pop is genius! And I love the Texas shaped cookie cutter! My mom lives in Tx. :)

the banana pop was not my original idea...as I said I learned it on the web...a friend of mine in Dallas did it, but she might have learned it from anotherlunch.com or bentolunch.net I really can't remember!

I love your Texas theme. Your meal is so colorful and fun! Stay warm... we are headed for more snow up here in Chicago sometime tomorrow.
